21 Oaks is a student housing community located in Columbia, South Carolina, just minutes from the University of South Carolina campus. The goal was to create a website that feels welcoming, memorable, and approachable without relying on the generic aesthetics often seen across real estate and housing websites. Instead of a purely corporate direction, the visual language combines custom illustrations, clean layouts, subtle motion, and a clear information hierarchy to help future residents quickly explore apartments, amenities, and community life.
